On (3) separate occasions we asked for coconut water at Pure Ocean and were told, “We don’t have any, and from the front desk, “you have to get from the vendors on the highway from the airport”. (1) Not very helpful with dining recommendations. They clearly are catering for a specific demographic which we certainly didn’t fit. The facility and grounds presented a clean appearance except the tennis court and beach tables.Ģ) Suite – clean and comfortable except for the bath area (sink and shower) and the water pressure.ġ) Customer service - From my perspective, leaves a lot to be desired and we were profiled at check-in. Quiet and not too crowded, great to destress and unwind. Stayed at this resort facility over the Labor Day weekend.ġ) Location within 15- 20 minutes driving to city.
