Nemesis of course has a stronger alpha, and now that the Aces Backpack Talent and Focus with Nemesis is fixed (haven't tested), I might switch to a Perfect Focus chest with Aces BP and see. Getting a good roll is the bigger challenge.
They all work well if you're landing head shots. I've alternated between a Custom M44 with ranger, a White Death with optomist, or Nemesis as MMR, and either a SVD or Baker's Dozen for close ranger. Most of pieces are close to max rolls with HSD, but I have a few with armor regen. 6 piece Aces isn't worth it as you're giving up at least 2 additional stats. Arialdi Backpack with Vigilance and Fox's Knees (before TU9), now Punch Drunk Mask. I leveled through WONY with my Aces/HSD build and is my main build as I raided with it and high alpha is never a bad way to level in a cover shooter.
